Observation: No sanitizer available for use. No bleach available for manual warewashing for the day.
Correction: Ensure to obtain bleach. Prepare 200ppm chlorine in the dishwashing sink as well as in a bucket/labelled spray bottle by adding 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water.

All food prep surfaces MUST be sanitized using this solution before initiating any prep in the morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation. All utensils/dishware MUST be washed, sanitized in 200ppm chlorine solution and air dried. [CORRECT BY: TODAY]

Follow-up inspection conducted:

Violations observed from the recent routine and follow-up inspection corrected. OK.

100-200ppm chlorine solution is available in a labelled spray bottle.
Bleach available for manual dishwashing. Proper method of manual dishwashing posters (punjabi/english) provided at this time. Staff had posted one on wall. Good.

Bleach was obtained and all prep surfaces/tools/utensils were sanitized during yesterday's evening shift. OK.

Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed/sanitized every morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation!

Correction Order issued on June 6, 2019 rescinded. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
