Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of the owner. - Low temperature dishwasher tested 100ppm bleach by the end of rinse cycle. Test strip provided to the operator to keep monitoring the bleach concentration. - The repair of the hole on the bottom corner of the back door is ongoing by the contractor. Door can be closed a little tighter. Please inspect the repair during the next inspection. - The food containers were stocked off floor on the shelving units in the walk in cooler. Please continue the good practice. - The drains at the back room were in a sanitary condition - Excellent! Thank you for the cooperation. Please call the health inspector if you have any question.
