Observation: Preparation cooler measured at 18C air ambient temperature located near the front enterance of the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Serice the preparation cooler to measure at 4C or lower. Do not use until it is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Corrected by: June 20, 2022 as previously noted in report#JCHY-CF5S8A.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CF5S8A.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CF5S8A have been corrected:
-No potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored under room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Can opener blade observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200ppm chlorine for the front servicing area. Ensure to dilute bleach solution at 1:500.
-Food observed to be covered in the preparation cooler and walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler and preparation cooler on the cookline measured at 4C or lower.
-Shelving racks and seams in the preparation cooler observed to be in satisfactory condition.
-Underneath the shelving racks in the walk-in cooler observed to be in satisfactory condition.
-Ice build-up in the walk-in freezer observed to be removed.
-Faucet of the compartment sink next to the dishwasher has been serviced.
-Exhaust hood vent have been cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. Service company for the exhaust hood coming in today to display service sticker.
-Unrelated items such as motor engine, stove cook range in the washroom and knivies in the dry storage area removed at the time of inspection.
-Bleach solution spray bottle measured at 200ppm for sanitizing large pots and pans in the dishwasher area.
