FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks; and non-foods (pet food, toiletries, stationary, flowers) stored separately from food items. - No expired foods found. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Hand sanitizer found at self-serve coffee station (Keurig pods and powdered hot drinks). - Disposable cups present for self-serve coffee station. - All in order.
