A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -22C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Dipper well was on and there was clean, cold, running water. - All foods stored 6" off the floor; in groups; in food grade containers; labeled; and date coded. - No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
