Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations (i.e. before entrance/inside prep room) adequately supplied.
-Walked through the operation area with QA coordinator. All operational practices remain unchanged and satisfactory at this time.
-Raw potatoes stored <10'C in refrigerated room at this time.
-200ppm QUAT sanitizer in use for disinfection of tools/equipment. Solution tested.
-Professional pest control company contracted for biweekly visits.
-Traps in place. Few random traps checked at this time. No evidence of pest activity observed.
-All staff/ visitors required to wear hairnets, lab coat, gloves.
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility excellent.
-No concerns observed at this time.

NOTE: A separate cleaning company hired for weekdays. Not much change in terms of procedures/chemicals in use. A copy of revised Sanitation Plan to be emailed to the health inspector.
