Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of all coolers, freezers & hot holding unit:
Freezer in dining area at -11C
Walk in cooler at 4C
Walk in freezer at -24C
Bread cooler at 4.3C
Hot holding unit at 101C
- All refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
- Temperature logs were maintained.
- Handwash sinks (x2) available and stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 2 compartment sink available but not in use.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher primarily used for dishwashing. 79.5C recorded on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- 200ppm QUATS concentration recorded in sanitizing pail and dispensing unit.
- Dry storage cabinets well organized.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate equivalent (Exp May 11, 2026).
