Paper based inspection Report #259395: All foods are pre-packaged. No food prepared on-site. Walk-in cooler (apples, cider are kept) was at 1 deg C. Back hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Food storage areas clean and organized. Bleach sanitizer measured @200 ppm. Deep freezers (For storing pies) was at -18 deg C or colder. Display cooler (for cider) was at 3-4 deg C. Thermometers available. General sanitation was good.
