Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -16 to -18C.
-Hot holding cabinet was greater than 60C.
-Precooked boneless wings reheated to greater than 74C in the deep fryer.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser and pails were at 200ppm. Sanitizer is changed every 2 hours (change time tracked by timer).
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly covered and stored off the ground.
-Equipment generally in good sanitary condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Pest control was called in this month for a rodent issues - pest control operator did not find any rodent.
-Minor ant activity observed by the dishwasher. No other signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Manager FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 14, 2023.
