Corrective Action(s): Please do not store beverage or food directly in the ice machine as ice is used as food and must be protected from contamination. Bottled juice removed. Violation Score: 3

Comments

Ceiling light in kitchen has been replaced. Thermometer added in undercounter cooler but glass appears to be broken. Please see if you are able to replace with another display thermometer. Wiping clothes are submerged in 100ppm bleach sanitizer and not left on counters. No damp clothes used to cover food in cooler at time of inspection. Ice machine is turned on and operational. Cleaning has improved under dishpit, most of the rocks removed but pebbles are still present. Chlorine test strips obtained but are expired, please replace with new strips. Cleaning under bar glasses appear to be done. Pump soap added for bar handsink. Chest freezer in dry storage has been repaired so that surfaces can be properly cleaned. Mice droppings removed from closet by walk-in cooler, and in hot water tank where light bulbs were placed. However a few more mice droppings are noted by snap trap located adjacent to hot water tank. --> Please keep an eye out in this area and continue to remove droppings frequently to monitor for pest activity. Pending: 1. More cleaning to be done under service window shelf and dishpit shelf. 2. To discuss with owner regarding wooden shelf replacement and small leak at ice well (no leak detected at time of inspection but staff onsite informed that water sometimes drips from ice well). 3. Screen door repair/replacement (bottom of screen is still not intact). 4. Open floor tile under dishpit.
