Follow-up inspection:
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in pail. Ensure wiping clothes are stored in the sanitizing pail when not in use.
- Discussed the cooling procedure with the staff. Potentially hazardous food (e.g. meat) must be cooled from 60C to 20C in 2 hours and 20C to 4C in 4 hours.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
