Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar towel sanitizer solution in the front area measured 0ppm chlorine. All other bar towel sanitizer solutions throughout the kitchen measured 100ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the sanitizer is added and thoroughly mixed. Staff made new solution at the time of inspection, and it measured 100ppm chlorine.

- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- Ice machine interior clean - do not store ice scoop directly in the ice to prevent cross-contamination
