Follow up inspection conducted to MTRG-B9CTBX. The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection: - Low temperature dishwasher tested again, concentration of sanitizer at 50ppm at final rinse - Sugarcane machine removed from premises - No equipment stored in dish area during time of inspection (i.e., potato press and pots) - Dough mixer and khoa mixer maintained in good sanitary condition - Prep area by dough roller now clean - Dry storage area by walk-in cooler now clean - Garbage and cardboard boxes stored outside in back of facility all removed - Baffles on commercial canopy free from dust/ grease build up
