Observation: Older rodent droppings noted in the following areas:
1) Underneath the rack adjacent to the 'cage' in the facility.
2) Underneath the shelving next to the yellow sticker at side of warehouse.
3) Next to the hot water tank in the former repackaging area.
4) Underneath the black pepper chili shelving.
5) Undernaeth the rack holding the Pachanga goods.

Violation Score: 3

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: 1. Gap noted in receiving door #2 - the bottom is bent and reveals an approximately 1/2" gap at the bottom left-hand side of the door.
2. Bottom right-hand side of the receiving door #2 also has a gap on the floor that will need to be sealed.
Corrective Action(s): Seal up aforementioned gaps. It is imperative that there is a tight seal in any entranceways to prevent rodent entry into the warehouse facility.
