Wine making and bottling facility
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwashing station stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Sodium metabisuphite is used as equipment and food contact sanitizer. Dilution method is 1 tsp per 10 L water. Please follow the manufacturer's direction written on the package.
- Cleanskin detergent used.
- Dry storage area is good
- No signs of pest activity. Recommend hiring professional pest control company for monitoring for pests.
