Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher temp did not reach the proper temp after 3 runs.
Correction: - Repair so temp at rinse get to at least 71 oC at plate /82 oC manhole
- In the meantime - all dishware to be sanitized by soaking in a bleach solution in the sink - let air dry - washing can be done in the dishwasher but sanitizing as stated.

-Ensure to monitor and log rinse cycle temp for the dishwasher at least once daily . Provide max holding thermometer or thermo label to monitor the final temp for the dishwasher.
