Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink buildup noted on the head of a soda dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Manager cleaned, brushed and sanitized the soda dispenser nozzle during the inspection. Noted sanitary after cleaning. Please ensure this equipment is taken apart every night to be cleaned and sanitized, paying particular attention to the hard to reach areas.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold units were holding food at 60.0C or above.
Food in general is stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Proper dispensers noted in-use and stored properly in bulk food containers.
Sanitizer spray bottles available. 400 PPM QUAT detected.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 190F at the rinse temperature gauge and 78.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Bar low temperature dish machine was noted with 12.5 PPM iodine.
General sanitation satisfactory. Sanitation of the meat slicer, fume hood and deep fryers were excellent.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
