Routine inspection conducted. - Temperature of freezers noted below -18C - Temperature of coolers below 4C - Hot holding unit was not in use (turned off). - All food containers were properly covered. - All food products were stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Staff prepared 100ppm bleach solution in 3rd sink during inspection. - 200ppm bleach solution sanitizer bottle available. - Back kitchen area was well organized. - No signs of pest activity observed during inspection. - Meat slicer was maintained in good sanitary condition. - Operating Permit was posted at the front. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (March 15, 2027) General sanitation and maintenance of the facility was found satisfactory.
