- All hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - All dry ingredient bins have been cleaned and sanitized. *Ensure to do this once a week. - Ventilation canopy has been cleaned and sanitized. - Ventilation canopy was on at time of inspection - In-use utensils are not longer being stored in water. *ensure to wash and sanitize any in-use utensils every 2 hours.
