Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bottle of mango salad dressing was stored on the dry storage shelf. Internal food temperature at 24C. On the bottle manufacture stated "perishable, keep refrigerated".
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded the dressing. Ensure to follow manufacture's instruction on storage practice.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Debris observed on the upper part of the potato presser.
