Observation: A small number (3-4) of rodent droppings observed in the corner of the kitchen behind a cabinet.
Corrective Action(s): Saturate rodent droppings with 1 part bleach, 9 parts water and remove. Thoroughly mop the area afterwards and continue to monitor for any holes or entry points in the kitchen area. The wall underneath your dishpit has a hole which should be sealed to prevent entry of pests.

A routine inspection was conducted of this facility. The following was noted at time of inspection:
Temperatures:
Domestic cooler at 2C
Domestic freezer compartment at -15C
Chest freezer at -30C
Coolers and freezers equipped with thermometers
Hand wash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
Bleach available for use when church kitchen is in operation. Remember to use 1/2 teaspoon (one capful) per litre of water to produce a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizing solution
High-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at a final rinse temperature of 76C at the plate level
Utensils, cutting boards, cups, plates were stored in sanitary condition inside cabinet drawers
Area generally well maintained in good sanitary condition
