Food store only. All food is pre-packaged. No food processing allowed. Coolers are all at 4 C or colder - good. Freezers are at - 18 C. Hot and cold water provided at the double sink. There is no food re-packaging. If re-packaging food, the double sink would need to be more accessible. Pest monitoring is in place (traps empty). Licenced pest control report dated May /2019 available on site. Continue with pest monitoring. One hole that was sealed could be re-sealed as discussed (eg. use steel wool). Washroom hand sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
