Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a container with a wiping cloth.
Walk-in-cooler and front meat display cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Thermometers were available inside the coolers.
All three chest freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Grinder and bandsaw were in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
Maximum occupancy limit was posted at the front entrance door with signs that masks are required inside the facility.
Physical distancing marking stickers on the floor were present.
Hand sanitizer was available near the entrance door.

The following was discussed with the Operator's daughter:
1. An effective barrier should be installed at the point of sale area. Refer to the handout from the Worksafe website for details.
2. A COVID-19 safety plan is required to be posted on-site in accordance with the Provincial Health Officer's Order. Worksafe B.C. COVID-19 safety plan templates in English and Punjabi were provided to the Operator's daughter during the inspection.

Signature is not required on the report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
