Note: consider permanent installation for liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser so that adequate hand washing frequency is reached. - Coolers are at or below 4C - High Temperature dish washing machine registered 71C at the dish surface. - General sanitation is satisfactory. - Some repair tools are stored in the premises. Please ensure tools are removed from the premises. - Temperature log for cooling units is to be kept updated and on-site. - Customer washrooms are maintained.
