RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19090 - CCLR s.57(2)(c) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation: Repeat violation from FIR #CGEE-AZXQJ4 (21/Jun/2018). Children are signed in upon AM drop-off &/or PM pick-up. However, transfer of care to school (AM) & the licensee (PM) is unaccounted for on school days.

2) If 1) applies, OUT upon transfer of care from licensee to school (children are in the licensee's care during transporation until the bell rings @ 08:50).
3) IN upon transfer of care from school to licensee (bell rings @ 15:00).
