- Handsink (at two compartment sink) and serving area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Four domestic cooler are less than 4C - Chest freezers (in laundry room and outside) at -23C to -26C. Two new upright storage freezers are added and are measured at less than -18C. - Ventilation hood clean - Food storage practices are satisfactory - High temperature dishwasher measured 72C at utensil surface during final rinse - FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection - No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection - Sanitizer solution in spray bittle is available at 100ppm chlorine residual - General sanitation is satisfactory NOTE: No food preparation observed at the time of inspection.
