Follow up inspection: -prep.cooler was serviced yesterday. Prep cooler was at 1.2C and -2 C on the right and left side (at or below 4C). -Light cover ws installed in the kitchen. -Paper towel dispenser has been ordered according to operator's Mom. -Food Safety Plan and sanitation plan was resubmitted for review. Feedback will be provided upon review. Note: Remove the aluminum foil from lining the table surfaces since it is not made of impermeable, durable & easy to clean materials. Date to be corrected by: Today. Permit fee payment of $62.50 for the current fiscal year (January 2, 2019 effective date to March 31, 2019) was provided via cheque made to Fraser Health Authority. Health approval to operate was granted from Fraser Health. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other government agency.
