A second follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - The low temperature dishwasher rinse cycle had [Cl2] of 0ppm. - A new bucket of dishwasher soap was in use, but no new sanitizer solution was in use. No chlorine test strips were present to test the [Cl2] of the dishwasher on a daily basis. - A violation ticket will be issued as the owner has failed to correct the outstanding violation and has contravened a correction order. **A follow-up inspection will be done tomorrow to issue the ticket and fine, and the dishwasher will be checked to determine if it has been fixed. If the dishwasher is not fixed tomorrow, a second violation ticket and fine can be issued.***
