Routine Inspection conducted today.

Washroom handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Bulk chlorine on-site.
Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Submit Updated floorplan of the addition of handsink, preparation sink and stainless worktable on the repackaging of bulk food items, Food Safety Plan, and Sanitation Plan for health review and approval. Facility to not sell packaged bulk items until health approval is granted. Ensure all frozen meat sold that is prepared on-site is properly label with company name, production date, and location.
