Observation: A roll of paper towel is present at front handsink, without a dispenser. Stacked paper towel is inside the dispenser but it fell at the bottom of the dispenser, making it impossible to grab paper towel easily.
Correction: Purchase a dispenser for the rolled paper towel, or fix original paper towel dispenser.

Observation: Lack of sanitizer solution at front food preparation area. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
Staff could not locate any sink plugs/stoppers in back sink area for washing and sanitizing of food equipment.

Correction: Locate sink plugs/stoppers.
If sink plugs/stoppers can not be located by follow up inspection the facility will be ordered to cease all food production until such time as sink plugs/stoppers can be obtained.

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Sink plugs were missing and new ones purchased.
- Two tight fitting sink plugs in use and tested at time of EHO inspection
- Ensure two sink plugs are always available for use for washing and sanitizing of utensils/dishes

***Reminder: without sink plugs facility can not adequately wash and sanitize dishes or utensils therefore food production will be Ordered as stopped until such time as sink plugs can be obtained
