GEN. - The following items have been observed: --> Ice machine is now in sanitary condition --> Plastic jugs for special drink are now stored in beverage cooler. Extra jugs are removed from facility --> Extra thermos jugs are purchased for refilling Chicken broth at customer's tables. Note: 1. Application received 2. Operator Tueng Te Edmond Chen has FOODSAFE 3. Food Safety Plan + Sanitation Plan reviewed and approved. 4. Cheque # 1158 of $41.67 received for operating health permit fee ( February 2023 - March 2023). 5. cheque #1157 of $250 received for operating health permit fee ( April 2023 - March 2024) * Health approval is granted. Facility may now operate. * As a reminder and agreement: 1. Due to store limitation + prep space, fresh chicken is not allowed to be served. Ground pork on rice is also not allowed to be served in this location. Operator has covered these menu items on menu. 2. The biggest equipment must fit in commercial dishwasher. Pots for chicken broths are measured at 17.5 inch in depth an 18 inch in diameter.
