Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler measured at 4'C
- Sandwich cooler at front service area at 4'C (top and bottom)
- Drawer coolers under cooking line measured at or below 4'C
- Milkshake station cooler measured at 4'C
- Hot-holding equipment measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs maintained and verified during time of inspection. Temperatures are checked every 2 hours
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs for manual warewashing
- QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- Chemical test strips are available on site (chlorine, QUATS and peroxide)
- Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- All food observed protected from potential contamination
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat stored separate from ready-to-eat foods
- First-in-first-out method in use (time stamps available on food containers)
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Pest control company is contracted
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
