Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No separation of dishwashing gloves. Provide two different coloured pair of gloves for handling dirty dish and clean dish.
2. Plates were placed right next to the hand sink in the bar.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure a designated dishwasher changes gloves from handling dirty to clean dish. Wash hands in between.
2. Remove the plates from the hand sink area.
