- Handsinks are accessible and have hot and cold water. Kitchen handsink has liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate handwashing.
- Upright Freezer: -19C
- Kitchen Prep Cooler and Inserts: 2C and ≤4C
- Service Area Undercounter Cooler: 3C
- Service Area Display Cooler: 1C
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Sink plugs available for 2-compartment sink to facilitate manual dishwashing and sanitizing for larger items.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 71.0C at plate surface (min/ max thermometer)
**Dishwasher took 1+ hour to heat up adequately. Ensure that dishwasher is turned on at least 1+ hour BEFORE and minimum wash and final rinse temperatures are reached before using unit.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection.

**Floor tiles under service area equipment appear not to be installed flushed to the wall leaving an approximately 30 cm gap. Sanitation at this time does not appear to be a concern; however, should sanitation become a concern, operator will be asked to finish floor tiles where missing to prevent dirt and food debris accumulation in void gap area.
