No flies observed during inspection. 305- no pooling water observed; hot water tank hose has been repaired. Comments: - Direction of 3 compartment sink manual dishwashing changed - wash, rinse, sanitize signs posted above each compartment. - Additional hooks installed for staff personal items. NOTES: 1. Ensure soda machine cylinders are stored in a organized manner away from the back handsink.
