- Follow-up to inspection conducted on August 29, 2023 (#YTAN-CV6S39). - Bar glasswasher was dispensing 12.5 ppm - 25 ppm iodine to the rinse cycle. *Reminder to monitor with test strips daily. - Sink + Surface (lactic acid/DDBSA) sanitizer dispenser has been serviced. Sanitizer solution being dispensed at appropriate concentration/within acceptable range. *Again, reminder to monitor the solution being dispensed by the dispenser on a daily basis. - All hand washing sinks were easily accessible/unobstructed and properly equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Ventilation hoods have been cleaned and sanitized and are now on a 3-day cleaning rotation. - Deep cleaning has been completed in hard-to-reach areas and around spice station. - A new door sweep for the back door has been installed. - Beverage spouts at the bar are covered nightly. Floors and floor mats are washed and drains are flushed nightly as well. At time of inspection, the bar was noted to be in sanitary condition. Drain fly activity still ongoing. *Outstanding Items Requiring Correction: - Paper towel dispenser for hand wash station in dishwashing area to be replaced. - Wall-mounted soap dispenser for hand wash station next to prep cooler to be replaced. - Treatment for drain flies/fruit flies has been scheduled for next week. Ensure to continue with daily cleaning efforts at the bar leading up to and after the scheduled service.
