Front service counter (wall, display cooler, waste bin) and seating area bench have been pest proofed with metal flashing to exclude the entrance of pests. Additional snap traps have been deployed throughout kitchen. Storage cabinets have been repositioned to allow for ease of cleaning. Required cleaning throughout premise has been conducted. Sanitation and pest activity monitoring must be conducted on a daily basis to ensure a hygienic environment for foodhandling and to effectively respond to any future pest activity.
