Old health permit posted - remove as it is no longer valid. Food stores with prepackaged foods are non-permitted
Sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
Display cooler and line cooler registered at 4 deg C
Ice cream freezer and back upright freezer @-16 deg C (minimal food stored in this unit). Cooler in back @ 4-5 deg C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
