Corrective Action(s): Remoce black mold. Wash and sanitize the surface.

Observation: Dishwasher not functioning properly.
Corrective Action(s): Low temp dishwasher must sanitize all dishes @ 50ppm Cl. Do not use the dishwasher until fully repaired. A follow up inspection will be conducted tomorrow on March 15, 2018. Switch to manual dishwashing at the 2 comp sink.

2. The prep sink: backflow noted. Currently not in use.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair the dishwasher immediately. The technician was called during inspection. The operator will switch to manual dishwashing until the machine is repaired.
2. The plumber was called for an inspection tonight. Resolve the issue immediately.
