All types of bread MUST be stored in a sealed, pest proof container by tomorrow. Consider daily deliveries for bread to limit the amount of stock on site.

IMPORTANT:
As per Fraser Health's Progressive Enforcement Policy, enforcement action will take place after 12 pm on Tuesday, July 11th 2017 if immediate action is not taken to address the above noted issues and there is non-compliance. Enforcement action includes, but is not limited to the issuance of an indefinite Closure Order and the issuance of Violation Tickets.

All temperatures and hand washing were satisfactory. The dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 74.6C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle. Sanitizer solutions were at 200 ppm Quats.
