Code 401 noted on Initial inspection # 258737 of Aug-15-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Faucet missing at bar sink. It was stated that faucet broke yesterday. No water available. Correction: Ensure faucet is in place and hot and cold running water are available at this sink in order to facilitate proper hand washing. The following has been addressed since the last health inspections. A faucet is in place at the bar sink. Both hot and cold running water under pressure are available. Liquid soap and paper towels in place. Area noted on last report has been cleaned and sanitized. Ensure area is cleaned as often as necessary to limit accumulation of debris. Reminder to keep doors closed to limit potential entry of pests, follow pest control operator recommendations.
