Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CJFQFS:

- Cooked mochi mixture being cooled. Timer must be running to monitor 2hrs.
- Proper three compartment dishwashing method demonstrated by staff at the time of the inspection.
- All handwash sinks (front/staff washroom) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Monthly pest control report reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- Ice machine now has secure cover.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
