Distribution is across Canada. - Walk-in freezer -18C. - Warehouse organized with food items stored off on pallets or shelving off of the floor - Procedures in place for receipt of product including checking temperature and condition. - Staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and air dryer. - Pest Control contract in place with regular service for monitoring and control. - Manager reported additional pest proofing measures have been recently completed including installation of new weather stripping (with brushes) at bay doors. - Premises is licensed with CFIA under the Safe Food for Canadians Act.
