Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing compartment of the 3-compartmetn sink had 0ppm of quats. The sink was in-use at the time of inspection as it was filled with blender jugs.
Corrective Action(s): A 200ppm quats solution was prepared at the time of inspection.

Observation: The only designated hand washing station was not equipped with a soap dispenser. Staff claimed that the dispenser had just felled off.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing station is equipped with hot.cold water, paper towels, and liquid soap at all times.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: 3 cockroaches noted on the glue trap placed back the chest freezer in the storage unit.
Corrective Action(s): Coordinated insecticide treatments have been done between mall management (for common areas), the restaurant owner, and other food vendors within the food court area to rectify the cockroach problem. On-going regular insecticide treatment will be needed to reduce and rectify the pest problem.
