Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Hot water valve in the handsink in the kitchen was closed. It appeared that the staff were not using the handsink.)
Comments

The following corrections were observed in the follow up inspection:
- Interior of the ice machine has been cleaned
- Temperature monitoring log was in use
- Handsink in the kitchen was supplied with hot & cold running water
- The facility was serviced by a professional pest control company. The manager provided a copy of inspection report. As per recommendations in the pest control inspection report, the operator has sealed the holes in the back room.
- No droppings observed at the time of inspection
