-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Prep area under counter dairy coolers were at 3C and 4C.
-Sandwich under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -17C and -20C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily. Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 77C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-3-comparmtent sink available for manual warewashing. Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours. Sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Steaming wand sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and air dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until May 05, 2026.
