| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on November 29, 2023 regarding care and supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered and reviewed through an on-site inspection and interviews. Licensing confirmed that staff were not maintaining staff to children ratio during naptimes. A contravention to section 34(2)(b) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (Group sizes and employee to children ratios) was determined. |
