- Church kitchen provides food service for concerts and events (eg. garage sales, bazaars) held at the church which are open to the public.
- Kitchen and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing
- Domestic cooler 4C Thermometer present
- Chest freezer -22C
- High temperature dishwasher/sanitizer was operational. Final rinse was 73.1C at dish surface.
- Multi-surface alcohol based sanitizer (DIN 02469529) present and used for food contact surfaces (ie. countertops and tables). Label states product is approved for use on food contact surfaces and no rinse is required.
- Bleach is also present.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Ensure one person is present who has a valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate during food preparation/service to the public.
