Meat department inspection
-Walk in cooler at<4 deg C, it is shared with service deli
-All other coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Room temperature was 4.1 deg C, manager indicated that meats are not stored in room for a long period
-Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-2nd walk in cooler in receiving area at <4 deg C
-3 comp sink present with quats sanitizer at 200 ppm in 3rd compartment
-General sanitation good
-No signs of pests
-Excess water on floor is all pushed to drains
-All large meat slicing/processing equipment is disassembled and washed in 3 compartment sink when changing between meats and/or at the end of day
