- All hand sinks fully equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel

Temperature checks:
- Walk-in cooler at 4C or below
- Walk-in freezer at -18 or below
- Stand up freezer at -18 or below
- Front sandwich station reach in cooler at 4C or below
- PUW sandwich station reach in cooler at 4C or below
- Salad reach in cooler at 4C or below
- All units are equpped with thermometers.

Sanitation and Maintenance:
- 3 compartment sink with approved sanitizer QUATS, measured at 200ppm
- QUATS (in buckets) for sanitizing food contact surfaces at 200ppm. Test strips on-site.
- Dry storage well organized
- Food is stored minimum 15cm off the ground
- Food is covered and raw or cooked meat is stored below the ready to eat food
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Last inspection on April 29, 2022.
